Location was great. My room was fairly neat and organized with plenty of room.

Will not be stay there anymore. There was something called a slab party and music was blared till midnight or so. We did not go out after dark because we didn't feel safe. I was told I should have reported it and it would have been handled. Whoever was in the office knew it was going on. Even with our TV and ac on we could still hear the music. We were just 2 women and didn't know what the retaliation would have been. I come to galveston quite often but will not stay there again

very ghetto and very unethical! they let guest party all day and all night long and then charge you $10 to clean the room once you check out.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and the night receptionist took my complaint and seen the room, which was appalling to her as well.

Only good thing is the proximity to the beach. Take your money elsewhere. If you’re wanting to come back to room and relax after activities this is not the place. As much as I tried finding the positive it was just not there.
